Hi, I'm Jane Benston. I don’t believe mid-life professional women need to fix themselves, do more, or become someone they’re not.
What does need to change is how you use your time, energy, and experience – and how you position yourself as a leader at this stage of your career.
My work focuses on helping women let go of outdated habits, step out of constant busyness, and lead in a way that feels both authentic and effective.
