Creating a compelling and authentic leadership style stems from leading in a way that is congruent with who you are.
In this module we will identify your unique leadership style and how it can support you to achieve the outcomes you are seeking - based on who you are, not on who you think you should be.
When we think about leadership growth, we tend to focus on learning new skills, gaining more experience or expanding our technical knowledge. While these are all critically important, the thing that makes the biggest difference is working on our mindset. We will explore how you can level up your inner game to maximise your outer performance and results.
Great leaders have a strong network of supporters, advocates and mentors. So why wouldn’t you? We will focus on some simple strategies for raising your profile, becoming comfortable with being more visible and building strategic relationships, so you can progress your career.

In this final module we explore how you can uncover and be considered for the best opportunities, make small changes that will create big shifts, and get clear on what you need to do to get to where you want to be.
